We got a room with a bidet...

ideal hotel, the staff were absolutely friendly and pretty friendly. they gave me a well-kept room with tea, bathroom and the double bed. i liked the excellent location, within 25 minutes ride to ciampino airport.

The superior triple room with a bath provided a comfortable sleeping experience, the double bed and the tea were a nice touch, and the food options were diverse and delicious.

The hotel has very much improved after our last stay there in November 2007. Great location close to Vatican and not far from the metro. Highly recommended.

The room at Florida Rooms - Comfort Hotel was absolutely delightful. The modern design and comfortable bed made me feel right at home.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the small shower in the private bathroom.

the location was great, we had upgraded rooms to the modern black ones and it was clean and comfortable.

Perfect location in the center of Rome almost everything we wanted to visit is close to the hotel (2-3 minutes walk to the Vatican). Metro station 3 minutes walk from the hotel, a bus stop right outside the hotel. The staff was really helpful and very polite. The room was clean although kinda small. Bathroom was good and clean all the times.

The room although it was a superior quadruple it was a triple room with one extra bed, was really small for a family of 4. Two days we were without hot water and when we complained the problem was fixed, but we had to complaint about it. No facilities for breakfast and there could be a wireless router for internet access.

The stafff were extremely friendly and spoke english which is very important! The cleaning ladies were amazing, our hotel room was always clean. We were so happy with this hotel, and were not dissapointed at all! I would stay here everytime I ever go back!

This hotel is a very nice place. We can highly recommend it. The room was cozy and clean. The location is also excellent. The staff was helpful and nice. Especially we like to thank Rita who was like the the spirit of the place, always helpful and in a good mood.

I minor thing is that the bed was hard

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the helpful and courteous staff. the location was spectacular, just a 10-minute walk to the Vatican. the room, although small, had everything we needed and was kept clean by the daily housekeeping service. the security measures, with multiple keys for access, made us feel safe. the well-organized and friendly atmosphere of the hotel made our stay enjoyable.

Felt truly spoiled, no complaints.

1St of all - very nice staff. They always are glad to help you. Special thaks to Ariana, she helped us to book vatican museum tickets. Location is great if you plan to visit Vatican and do some shopping. Located on a big avenue, but it is possible to park just in fron of hotel in te evening.
